We disappeared to the beach for a few days. It was glorious - and exactly right for our waterbabies; I hope you had a lovely beginning to 2012 as well...2011 was such a crazy year for us - and the latest in rather a string; we're ready for something a bit more stable!
I have a pile of photos from the beach, but unfortunately I was trying to shoot completely in manual...something at which I clearly failed miserably. eek. Every photo is blurred or out of focus or a combination of the 2 and well, you just end up feeling a little seasick after the event, ha! Much more practice is required methinks, and probably quite a bit of it without small people *helping*...
So you get this unrelated pic instead...
This is common practice around here - apparently it's hysterical to steal my glasses and impersonate me...And then ask - in mock sincere tones - if I know which room I'm in now that I'm glasses-less! Apparently 5 year olds think shortsightedness and complete blindness are interchangeable, always complete with a healthy dose of dementia, ha!
