I used some gorgeous decorator weight FMF fabric that arrived as part of a birthday present (my first ever bit of FMF!) to make a quick new cover for the ironing board in my studio. Love love love it - and proof yet again that just-hurry-up-and-do-it-and-stop-procrastinating-over-fabric-choices-for-crying-out-loud should become part of my making mantra...this has been on the to do list for so long, took all of 20 minutes to make, and now I keep poking my head in just to look at the ironing board!
Now I just need to cover the other board (um yeah, we have 2 ironing boards and 1 iron. long story!) Any interest in a tutorial for my quick-and-dirty method of recovering boards? (I'm getting good at them - this was my 4th one, ha!)
