The last deciduous leaves are valiantly hanging in there, but make no bones about it, we're not in Autumn anymore, Toto. The Winter woolies are in full rotation, and I am constantly reminded of the difference in temperature between inside and outside when I forget an extra jacket on the morning school run...you'd think somewhere in the midst of zipping up two other peoples' jackets, I'd remember my own!
There's no rain, just blue skies today though on our Monty-free day, so I'm off to corral (three!) jackets and hats and then we're off to the forest!
