I've been lucky enough to meet and become friends with an utterly gorgeous woman here in Rotorua, and her daughter is only a few months older than my 2, and the 3 of them have a great little mutual appreciation society going on. She also has 2 utterly scrumptious identical twin boys (these guys are like baby-crack for clucky people!), and last weekend was their first birthday. I thought a little bit of fun clothing might be in order, and this was what I came up with after hunting around for some inspiration. The appliques are made with fabric from my scrap bin, and fused and then stitched to undyed organic cotton onesies that I have still from BahaCoca... I'm a bit pleased with my freehand sketches that developed into these guys - I've always been very self conscious about my inability to draw, and am working to overcome that. Now I just hope they fit Harry and George!
Making these - and seeing how quickly they worked up - reminded me that I really do want to make more clothes for my two...watch this space.
GORGOUES! it is so hard to find funky boys clothes :)
Especially love the Croc :)

They are awesome Jolie. The little dudes will look very cool. I esepcially love that snap snap crocodile with his tail going all the way around.
